Fulfillment Window
Every piece in Series-A — Protocol:01 is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be wanted. When you authorize a deployment, production begins — your order is printed, cut, and assembled specifically for you.
Made-to-order means no overproduction and no dead stock. It also means there is a window between the moment you confirm an order and the moment it ships. The constraint is the point. This page describes that window.
Production time
Once your order is confirmed it enters production. Most pieces are fulfilled within 2 to 5 business days. Items with multiple placement prints — the RESORT-01 button shirts, for example — can sit at the longer end of that range.
Shipping time
After production, your order ships from the facility nearest to your address. Transit time depends on destination:
- United States — typically 3 to 5 business days
- Canada — typically 5 to 10 business days
- International — typically 10 to 20 business days
Total fulfillment window
From confirmation to doorstep, plan for roughly 5 to 10 business days domestically and 12 to 25 business days internationally. These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers and customs keep their own schedules.
Tracking
When your order ships, a tracking number is issued to the email on file. If a deployment has been quiet longer than the window above, contact us and we will trace it.
