Returns

Every piece is made to order. Series-A — Protocol:01 holds no return stock — there is no shelf for a garment to go back to. That shapes this policy, and we would rather state it plainly than bury it.

What is covered

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted — or if you receive the wrong item — we will replace it or refund it.

To file a claim:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We handle it from there. You will not be asked to ship the faulty item back.

What is not covered

Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, or for the wrong size selected at checkout. The garment cannot be resold and cannot be un-made.

This is the one place the constraint asks something of you: check the size guide on each product page before you authorize a deployment. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us before ordering — we would rather answer a question than process a regret.

Exchanges

We do not run a formal exchange program. If a sizing issue is genuinely our error — a garment produced to the wrong specification — treat it as a defect above and we will correct it.

Filing a claim

Email us with your order number and photos. Claims are reviewed within 30 days of delivery; after that window we are no longer able to act on them.
