End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 19 August 2026 •Governing Jurisdiction: San Diego, California •Platform: Circuittelligence Systems & Square Infrastructure

1. Grant of License

Circuittelligence grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Circuittelligence software architectures, APIs, digital tools, and operational workflows strictly in accordance with this Agreement and applicable engagement scopes.

2. Bounded Architecture & Operator Authority

Circuittelligence systems operate under a deterministic, constraint-first doctrine. All automated inferences and generative capabilities are bounded by predefined business logic. The human operator retains ultimate command and verification authority over all final transactions, deployments, and decisions.

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive underlying algorithms from proprietary system layers.
  • Bypass or attempt to override hard boundary parameter constraints or human authorization checkpoints.
  • Use system workflows for unauthorized surveillance, unlawful financial automation, or prohibited activities.

4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property in and to Circuittelligence core infrastructure, blueprints, model parameters, and design tokens remain the exclusive property of Circuittelligence. Client-specific customized deliverable artifacts are licensed or transferred pursuant to the Professional Services Terms.

5. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Software and workflows are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Circuittelligence disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from algorithmic inferences or third-party platform interruptions.

6. Termination & Contact

This EULA is effective until terminated. Violations of boundary constraints or intellectual property provisions immediately terminate your license. For questions regarding licensing, dispatch inquiries via our Communications Channel.
