Professional Services Terms
1. Service Architecture
Our professional service path is structured across four distinct phases: Discovery → Audit → Design → Implementation. Each stage has a distinct scope and does not automatically include subsequent stages.
2. Discovery
Discovery determines whether a meaningful business problem exists and whether Circuittelligence is relevant. It is conducted through Square Appointments and carries no obligation to proceed to a paid engagement.
3. AI Systems & Human Authority
Outputs are bounded by human operator authority. AI systems do not replace certified legal, tax, medical, or regulatory judgment.
4. Intellectual Property
Clients own the paid, project-specific deliverables upon full payment. Circuittelligence retains underlying frameworks, know-how, and reusable tools.
